Had a great time this morning with Robert James Hobson representing Lee Baron at the Movers & Shakers Property Networking Forum ‘The Future of Offices’ breakfast.
Really interesting to hear the key data from the research team JLL, followed by the views of the panel chaired by Emily Wright.
Opening up offices to the public, sustainability led developments, the remote working conundrum are all subjects unspoken of 10 years ago but it was fasnicsting to hear from the panel how the market has moved on and how key delveopers are pushing boundaries further in the current market cycle; most importantly by listening to what occupiers want!
